Insurance Costs

The Board has contracted with a new insurance company this year to provide the General Liability and Directors & Officers policy.  We have switched from the St. Paul and Travelers to Auto Owners.  Auto Owners is one of the highest rated insurance companies by AM Best.Since we took over the HOA in 2005, we have cut the costs of our policies by over 60%, while maintaining the same level of coverage. Information in the Rules & Regulations document has been updated to reflect the new policy information.
