What are the HOA assessments?
Assessments of $110 are collected monthly. Owner’s receive coupon books at the beginning of each year and may mail in their payments directly to our management company. Assessments are due on the 1st of each month and may be paid in advance. HOA assessments can also be automatically deducted from your bank account each month by filling in an ACH deduction form, found in the “Documents” section of the website.
What is included with my monthly assessment?
Your monthly assessment covers trash removal and recycling, maintenance of the common areas including the HOA park and snow removal as dictated by the HOA snow removal policy.
What day is trash and recycling picked up in the Villa’s?
Trash is picked up weekly on Fridays. Recycling is picked up every other week on Friday. You should have your trash and/or recyclables at the end of your driveway by 7AM on collection day.
Where is mail delivered?
Mail is delivered to a cluster box located on the north side of the HOA near the park entrance.
When is the HOA Annual Meeting?
The HOA Annual Meeting is held on the first Monday of December each year.
What is the HOA Snow Removal policy?
For 2010, the snow removal policy is as follows:
1. Snow removal will be provided during a snow event when 6-8″ of accumulated snow is anticipated and warm weather conditions are not anticipated during the 24 hours following the event.
2. Snow removal will not occur in the HOA park.
3. Snow will be removed using a variety of means including snowblowers, hand shoveling, ATVs and pickup trucks with snow plows attached. The methods used will depend upon the snow depth.
4. Snow removal will be provided for owner’s driveways, sidewalks leading to each courtyard and sidewalks within and on the exteriors of the HOA.
5. Ice melt will only be used when extreme icing conditions persist. Ice melt will only be applied to sidewalks streetside and in driveways.
6. Every attempt will be made to remove snow as early as possible in the day. However, during periods of heavy snowfall or blizzard conditions, snow removal will not occur until conditions permit and snow removal crews can reach the HOA.
7. The HOA will post on the front page of this website it’s intentions on providing snow removal services during a snow event.
If I have a question about the HOA who should I contact?
You should first try our Property Manager, Dave Kinney at Cherry Creek HOA Professionals. His contact information can be found in the CONTACTS section of the website. Dave is the easiest to reach and can most likely answer your question quickly. You can also contact any board member.
