As the snow continues to taper off at about 4″ and sunny skies are expected tommorrow, there will NOT be any snow removal services provided by the HOA.

REVISED – The HOA is planning on providing snow removal for all common area sidewalks and also sidewalks throughout the neighborhood. We have asked for snow removal early in the morning hours of Dec 26. As the snow has stopped, we are NOT planning on removing snow from driveways.

Insurance Costs

The Board has contracted with a new insurance company this year to provide the General Liability and Directors & Officers policy. We have switched from the St. Paul and Travelers to Auto Owners. Auto Owners is one of the highest rated insurance companies by AM Best.Since we took over the HOA in 2005, we have cut the costs of our policies by over 60%, while maintaining the same level of coverage. Information in the Rules & Regulations document has been updated to reflect the new policy information. Read more
